Removing People from images

I took a picture of people crossing a street and i uploaded the picture in to Photoshop. I made a copy of the image and i used the polygon lasso tool to select an image. I used the spot healing brush tool, and i also selected the "content aware" and "sample all layers" button.I used a medium sized brush and i started going over the selected image and then i selected the "Proximity match" button and i used a small brush and i went over certain areas that needed touched up. I used the "Proximity match" sparringly. I also used the "Clone stamp" tool to put in some of the background that was missing.
The picture i took, i guess i could have chose a better area and time of day, because the sidewalk and street was different shades. some areas would be lighter than others and there was a lot of cracks in the street and sidewalk. When i used the "clone stamp" tool i would have to use a small brush and then copy a crack or different shade a little bit at a time. It took a while to do this project because of the different variations, but i think i did ok, but it could be better.

Meteor hitting the Earth

I imported the rock into the picture and i made the rock small to fit in to the picture. I made a new layer and i used red yellow and orange to simulate hot or fire, then i used a blur mode to give it a sense of speed. I also used a blur mode on the rock itself to distort it. I used a red brush on the moon tomake it look like it was being affected by the meteors heat. I also made the background  a dark reddish purple to simulate that the area was changing because of the meteor.

Creating Planets

I first turned my background black, and then i imported the moon and the planet. I used the paint brush tool to create the stars in the background.  made a group of stars and then i shrunk them and i copied and pasted them on the background. I also made another layer with a blue background.I also made another layer and used a paint brush, i put the mode on dissolve and made a white line above the planet.I made another layer and i used a black paint brush and made a couple circles by the moon and above the planet. I also made a shadow on the moon. I used the eraser a few times to clean up the picture a little bit, i erased some of the clouds so it would be easier to see through the layers.

Tower At Night

I Imported the night scene from the internet and i masked out the day scene from the origional image. I also put the layer of the night scene on the bottom of the orrigional image so it would look more natural. I imported a lamp and a moon  so it would have a light source and i created a shadow of the building by copying and inverting and blurring the image a little bit. I used brightness and contrast on the grass and lamp, i wanted the grass a little darker and the lamp alittle brighter. I also had to position the moon so it gave the building a reason for being so light, so i put the moon on the right side so it looks like the moon is hitting the light side of the building.

Meteor Project

I used a hard bristle brush to make the hole in the side of the building. I also used the Polygon tool to select the steeple and i tried to make it look like it was falling on another building. I created a new layer for the steeple and i made some Debris to make it look like it was exploding. I also decided to play around with the Tall brown building on the left side and i made the top come apart from each other.

Water Marks

The first thing i did was i googled " how to remove water marks" and i received a lot of links on the subject. so i used the spot healing brush tool and i zoomed up on my picture and i went over each letter with a small hard bristled brush until i removed every letter on the picture.

Cliff Matte Painting

I tried to use the Quick mask tool, but i ran in to some problems with it. I forgot to use the inverse so i used the quick selection tool to cut and paste the pictures together, then i would use the lasso tool to cut out the background that i didn't want in the picture.
